Early Access Note
This policy applies during RequestRadar's early access launch phase, where requests are submitted through an intake form before any report is confirmed.
What We Do
RequestRadar is an audience demand intelligence service. We analyse public YouTube comments and produce ranked content roadmaps for creators, brands and agencies.
Data We Collect From Customers
- Name and email address for intake review and report delivery.
- YouTube channel URL and optional specific video URL so public comments can be reviewed for the requested report.
- Package choice, goals and any notes about videos or topics to prioritise.
Public YouTube Comments
RequestRadar is designed to use public YouTube comments only. It does not require private account access, customer YouTube login details, passwords or access to non-public YouTube data.
Where public comments are reviewed, RequestRadar uses public YouTube pages and aims to use compliant methods where applicable. RequestRadar does not require customer YouTube login details, passwords or access to non-public YouTube data.
Commenter identifiers are anonymised in customer-facing reports. The RequestRadar Priority Score does not use comment likes or engagement as part of its scoring formula.
What We Do Not Collect
- YouTube passwords or login credentials.
- Private, unlisted or deleted comments.
- Any data requiring customer YouTube login or account authorisation.
- Commenter identifiers for inclusion in customer-facing reports.
How We Use Data
- To review your intake request.
- To prepare and deliver the requested report by email.
- To improve report quality and fulfilment processes.
Data Retention
RequestRadar keeps intake details and report materials only for as long as needed to review the request, prepare the report, handle follow-up questions, maintain business records and improve the service. If a request is not accepted, unnecessary intake information may be deleted earlier.
Third-Party Services
RequestRadar may use an intake form provider to collect request details and may introduce online payment providers later if payment is offered through the website.
Independent Status
RequestRadar is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to YouTube or Google.
