Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Early Access Terms

These terms apply during RequestRadar's early access launch phase. During this phase, submitting a request through the website does not create an automatic order or guarantee acceptance. RequestRadar may review submitted links before confirming whether a report can be prepared.

2. Service Description

RequestRadar provides audience demand intelligence reports based on analysis of public YouTube comments. Reports turn repeated viewer requests, questions, objections, pain points and commercial signals into ranked content roadmap recommendations.

3. Intake Requests

Submitting an intake form is a request for review and does not guarantee acceptance or immediate delivery. RequestRadar may decline requests where links are invalid, unavailable, private, comment-disabled or otherwise unsuitable for a report.

4. What We Require From You

  • A valid public YouTube channel URL and, optionally, one specific video URL from that same channel.
  • Accurate information about your channel, content type and goals.
  • Confirmation that submitted links point to public YouTube pages.
  • No private, confidential or unauthorised information.

5. What You Can Expect From Us

  • Reports are based on public YouTube comments only.
  • Commenter data is anonymised in customer-facing reports.
  • RequestRadar does not request or store YouTube login credentials.
  • Reports may be human-reviewed before delivery.

6. Payment

During the current launch phase, this website does not process payments directly. If a paid report is accepted, payment instructions may be provided separately.

Online payment options may be added later. Any payment terms shown at the point of purchase will apply to that purchase.

7. Reports and Recommendations

  • Reports are provided as strategic guidance, not guarantees.
  • RequestRadar does not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, sales or any specific commercial result.
  • The report format, methodology and scoring system are RequestRadar intellectual property.

8. RequestRadar Priority Score

The RequestRadar Priority Score is an internal prioritisation model based on frequency, recency, repeated wording, commercial value and creator fit. It is not an official YouTube metric.

9. Independent Status

RequestRadar is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to YouTube or Google.
